Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS standard shipping only.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at info@rorasupplements.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
