How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@rorasupplements.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief note on what happened (optional but helpful)

We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Only one refund per household per product.
  • We do not require you to return the product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
