How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@rorasupplements.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief note on what happened (optional but helpful)
We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Only one refund per household per product.
- We do not require you to return the product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
